Thentia is pleased to announce and introduce new additions to its sales team across North America. The team welcomes Bret Mangrich and Cassandra Isbell as new team members hired as regional sales directors (for central and east regions, respectively) and recognizes Matt McElroy’s appointment as Regional Sales Director, West.
In light of Thentia’s sustained internal growth, a role like this will better serve current and potential clients alike. “Having a director in each region to lead our sellers will allow our sales team to customize solutions, find innovative ways to address regulatory challenges and expand even further into the U.S. over the coming months,” explained Sean Bredin, Thentia’s EVP of Sales. “Thentia’s regional sales directors will be the key players that will help government agencies move to a stronger, more modern digital experience and aid in bringing regulatory excellence to state governments.”
Read on to get to know Matt, Bret, and Cassandra in more detail.
Matt McElroy joined Thentia’s sales team in 2021. This recent appointment will see him support his team by developing further connections with state agencies in Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming, and other western states. Matt’s background in technology software stems from his previous position with Renaissance Learning, where he spent five years in education technology while pursuing his MBA. He currently resides in Madison, Wisconsin.
As a well-seasoned sales professional, Bret Mangrich brings many years of experience to Thentia in his role as Regional Sales Director, Central. Bret has spent most of his career in B2B sales, with experience in e-learning and healthcare technology companies with nine-to-twelve-month sales cycles, making him well suited to government procurement processes. Most recently, he worked with another start-up company as a regional director, where his transition into the SaaS-tech world began in 2021. Bret currently lives in St. Louis, Missouri.
Cassandra is the newest member of the sales team, recently transitioning from her position as a Director at BDO USA, where she spent most of her time in the public sector and law enforcement. Cassandra will bring a wide range of government experience, having spent nearly 20 years working within them. Notably, she began her career as the legal aid for the United States Senate and since then has provided consulting services for 15 Governor offices. Currently, Cassandra is based in Arlington, Virginia, and is looking forward to bringing her fresh knowledge and expertise to the Thentia team.
