Fostering excellence by investing in Thentia’s early-career coaches
Recognizing the pivotal role Thentia coaches play in achieving organizational goals, our Coach’s Foundations Program signifies a strategic investment in their development. This exciting new initiative is designed to empower teams, enabling them not only to meet but surpass their goals, and contributing significantly to our overarching vision.
Adopting a cohort model, the program will unite its first two select groups of 12 early career coaches. Across the eight-month program, these cohorts will actively participate in a comprehensive series of sessions, delving into fundamental aspects of coaching, management, and leadership specific to the Thentia context. The program will cover vital topics ranging from emotional intelligence, team effectiveness, talent attraction, rewards and recognition, to communications, and change management.
Cohort members will receive robust support through a diverse array of learning channels, including interaction with peers and their designated coach, engagement with our executive team members, insights from external subject matter experts, as well as other resources.
